Does paymail.ai hold my money?
No. paymail.ai is a non-custodial wallet. Your funds live on the blockchain and your keys stay on your phone, so we cannot move, freeze or reverse them.
What is x402?
An open standard that uses the HTTP status code 402 Payment Required so a website, API or AI agent can ask for payment inside a normal web request. The client pays and repeats the request. No account, card or API key is needed.
How does paymail.ai use x402?
When an x402 service asks for payment, the app shows the amount and the recipient. You approve with Face ID and the wallet pays in BSV, directly to that service.
Which coins are supported?
Bitcoin SV (BSV), Bitcoin (BTC) and Bitcoin Cash (BCH). Payments, memos and x402 use BSV. BTC and BCH can be held and sent.
What is a Paymail address?
Paymail is an email-style address for BSV, such as [email protected], that wallets resolve to a payment destination. paymail.ai can send BSV to Paymail addresses from other wallets.
When will it launch?
paymail.ai is coming to the App Store for iPhone and to Google Play for Android. We will announce the launch date on this site.
